When using the ChatGPT Travelers App, we only collect:

Information you provide in your booking requests (name, email, dates, message)
Searches performed through the application

We do not collect: phone number, postal address, banking data, or any other sensitive personal information.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is used exclusively to:

Forward your booking request to the relevant host
Enable the host to contact you directly
Improve the search and recommendation service

4. Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on contract performance (forwarding your request to the host) and your consent for service improvement.

5. Retention Period

Your personal data is kept for a maximum of 12 months from your booking request. After this period, it is automatically deleted.

Your data is only shared with the host whose accommodation you requested to book. It is never sold or transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes.

The ChatGPT Travelers App does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Technical cookies necessary for operation are managed by OpenAI (ChatGPT).
